Dialectic has just released a new video for ‘This Constellation (Vega Version)’ from the album Hunting for Stars.

Filmed throughout the shelter-in-place period at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the second video from Dialectic’s latest album provides a soundtrack to loneliness and grief in the context of a struggling community. Laced with a dose of magical realism, ‘This Constellation’ will take you on an unusual tour of San Francisco’s Chinatown.

Directed by longtime friend of the band James Q. Chan (FOREVER CHINATOWN; CHINATOWN RISING), this video is a part of his series YOU ARE HERE, one of three episodic series featured in the Center for Asian American Media’s 2020 CAAMFest FORWARD film festival.
